We want you to be satisfied with ezvo ai. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Digital Service Nature
ezvo ai is a digital service that is delivered instantly upon payment. Access to AI models and image generation is provided immediately after a successful transaction. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been activated and used.
When Refunds May Be Granted
We will consider a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Technical failure: Payment was processed but access was not granted due to a technical error on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- Unused access: You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and have not used the service (no AI requests or image generations made).
- Service unavailability: The service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period due to an unplanned outage (not scheduled maintenance), and you notified us at support@ezvo.dev during or shortly after the outage.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- After the service has been used (any AI chat requests or image generations).
- More than 48 hours after purchase (except for technical failures).
- Expired image generation packs (60-day expiry period passed).
- If you simply changed your mind after using the service.
- If your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Image Generation Packs
Image generation packs expire 60 days after purchase. We do not refund unused generations after the expiry date. If you buy multiple packs, the expiry extends from the current expiry date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@ezvo.dev with:
- The email address used for your account.
- The date of purchase and amount charged.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Purchases (Paddle)
For purchases made through Paddle (international payments), Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles the transaction. Refund requests for Paddle payments may also be submitted directly to Paddle customer support. Our refund policy above still applies as the basis for any decision.
